You can email us to reservations@seacoastsuites.com regarding your special requests or writing them down when making a reservation. Special requests are not 100% guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

What is included with the Resort Fee?

For only 25$ per day, you will receive: 2 Beach chairs, 2 Pool chairs , towels, WIFI,  gym Access, free local phone calls and one umbrella at the pool.

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

Seacoast Suites requires a credit card for all online hotel reservations. This guarantees your reservation until your arrival date. Your credit card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel unless the hotel requires prepayment or a deposit (i.e. a non-refundable rate or special).  Prepayment, deposit and cancellation requirements are clearly displayed during the online confirmation process.  If you do not cancel your reservations in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy, you will be charged for the first night of your hotel stay.

 

During certain travel periods, such as holidays and special events, a minimum stay may be required. When full payment is required in advance, you will be charged for the entire reservation unless you change or cancel your reservation within the date range of the hotel’s cancellation policy.  For minimum length of stay reservations you will be charged for the entire reserved stay even if you check out prior to the reserved departure date.

Will my credit card be charged if I forget to cancel my reservation?

Yes. Reservations are guaranteed to your credit card. To avoid being charged, reservations must be cancelled in accordance with the hotel cancellation policy. Take time to review the cancellation policies for your specific hotel reservation. Yes. Reservations are guaranteed to your credit card.

How do I modify or cancel my reservation?

I forgot / lost my confirmation number. How do I find it?

We will send you an email before your arrival with all the corresponding information of your reservation. If you do not receive the mail or need the information in advance, please to contact the hotel to retrieve your confirmation number. If you made your reservation with a 3rd Party company, please call the company directly.

Can I modify or cancel a reservation that has been booked directly with the hotel?

Please contact the hotel directly to make any changes to the reservation.  Reservations made at the hotel directly cannot be modified or cancelled online.

Will I be refunded if I cancel my reservation?

If you cancel your reservation with 72 hours, you will be refunded.

Can I smoke in the hotel?

Unfortunately, we are a smoke free hotel. Smoke is not allowed within the property. A $350 fee will be added to your bill if smoking is reported

I am arriving on an early flight this morning. Can I have early check-in?

Official Check-In time is 4:00 PM, early check in is complimentary and based on availability. However, we can hold luggage for you and offer our facilities until your room is ready.

How do I make reservations for a large group?

Do I need to leave a security deposit?

Yes, every guest is required to leave a refundable security deposit of $100/day. Cash deposits have a minimum of $500. A $1000 refundable security deposit will be required for guests under 21 years old.

How can I make a special request regarding my stay (Ex: rollaway beds, rooms in the same floor, etc)?

We will do our very best to accommodate your special requests. Please call +1 (305) 865 5152 or email guestservices@seacoastsuites.comRequests for rollaway beds and cribs, as well as any requests noted in comments section while making your reservation online are not guaranteed.

Does seacoast suites accepts pets?

Unfortunately, at this time, the hotel does not accept any pets. Service animals are ok with proper documentation.

Do I need to show my ID upon arrival?

Proof of age 21 or over is required.

At what time is the checkout and how do I request late checkout?

Check out is at 11:00 am.

Late check-out may be available based on availability any time after 12:00 pm. A $150 fee will apply.  A full night stay will be charged for check out after 3 PM.

Do you offer parking? What are the rates?

We offer service valet-parking 24/7 at $45 per day and self-parking at $30 per day.

Can I send a package to the hotel?

Due to limited space, there is a $5.00 fee per each package delivered to Seacoast Suites. After the third (3) day, it will be a $7.50 fee per each package per day.

Can I bring my cooler to the pool?

Unfortunately, coolers are not permitted. Coolers tend to drip or leak, which damages the flooring.

What if I left an item at the hotel?

For lost items, please contact the hotel at+1 (305) 865 5152. If you do so as soon as you realize your item is missing, it is more likely that your item can be found. The hotel will then advise you on how to get the item returned to you. You can also send an e-mail to: guestservices@seacoastsuites.com

What are the extra person charges per room?

  • 1 bedroom include 2 people with the rate. The 3rd and 4th person are and extra $30 each.
  • 2 bedrooms include 4 people with the rate. The 5th and 6th person are and extra $35 each.
  • 3 bedrooms include 6 people with the rate. The 7th and 8th person are and extra $100 each.

If the extra person is a children less than 16 years of age, you will not be charged extra person fees.
